Crossover AVERTED!
Connie Murphy turned up on last night's episode of Grimm! The actress, I mean, not the character. Although she was wearing a necklace that I swear Murphy always wore on the show.

This would normally fire off all sorts of crossover synapses in my brain but luckily I haven't gotten into Grimm enough to even begin to see how the main characters might interact.

Although, it might be sort of funny to imagine how Monroe and Bob might react to each other considering how- NO! DAMMIT!

Detective Kirmani and Special Agent Kelly Raskin both turned up in an episode of Republic of Doyle this week, too. The Canadian actor mafia, she is strong. Though I don't think Valerie Cruz is technically a member.

I think I've seen her wear that necklace in other roles, too. Maybe it's her own?

I stopped watching Grimm after the second episode, I think. It was a little too dark for my Friday night viewing tastes and I don't remember being particularly fond of any of the characters. But crossovers are love. And highly dangerous.

I actually found Grimm to be very much not dark but perhaps my diet if dark shows has left me desensitized.

And I freely admit that I am sensitive and likely find things darker than they might be. I think it's maybe more...horror? than I like. I can't watch Supernatural either, though I don't know if it's fair to compare the two on a darkness scale.

Do it! Do it! :D :D :D

I watched the three first episodes of Grimm, but as I said to guardian_chaos there wasnt enough angst, and apparently I am addicted to angst! ;) But a conversation between Monroe and Bob! YES PLEASE!!! >:D >:D >:D

I know the whole purpose of your post was to tell us your escape from having to write even more, but I am evil and selfish when there is a chance (however small) that you write something with Bob and Harry again! :D :D :D

I will one day return to the DF world since I still have a Bob backstory I've been meaning to do. Just not right now.

You MAY NOT START any new crossovers until you finish the Sherlock/Good Omens one, darn it! After that, I suppose you may. . . . ;-)

No worries. I refuse to write anything else until I finish Human Nature. It will get done, dammit!!

Did she play a cop!? Hee! I love catching glimpses of Dresden Files actors/actresses in other shows. I'm strangely pleased to hear she's still involved with shows containing supernatural elements.

*RELEASES THE PLOT BUNNIES FROM THEIR CAGES* MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!!!

Did she play a cop!?

No, she played a doctor. Sort of.

The plot bunnies will not get me this time! I know too little about Grimm to make it work, thank god.

Besides, John and Crowley are about to kill me for leaving them in story limbo for so long. Especially John since I killed him and all.

Have you seen Once Upon a Time? I found that show around the same time that I found Grimm. It's fairly interesting, though I'm having trouble not seeing Jennifer Morrison as House MD's Cameron. Which is a difficulty I also had watching the most recent Star Trek film, actually. BUT I DIGRESS.

Fine! Then I shall redirect the bunnies at your Human Nature fic! Of which I am desperate to read! Bring it to me! BRING ALL THE FIC. Bunnies, do my bidding, yes! *waves hands, Invader Zim-like*
