Meme (And Here We Are Again)
Taken from awanderingbard:

Give me the name of a character I write or have written, and a number from the list below. I'll answer the question.

1. What is the best thing in your character’s life?
2. What is the worst thing in your character’s life?
3. What seemingly insignificant memories stuck with your character?
4. What is your character reluctant to tell people?
5. How does your character feel about sex?
6. What would your character make a scene in public about?
7. What are your character’s major flaws?
8. What does your character pretend or try to care about?
9. What is your character afraid of?
10. What is something most people in your setting do that your character thinks is dumb?

Feel free to ask for OCs and AU versions of characters. Also feel free to ask for more than one character, or more than one question.

I'm some sort of meme mule for you. I'm, like, standing on a street corner opening my trench coat and asking if you want to buy a meme. If only it were lucrative!

Let's see...can I have...

6 for Winnie. 1 for Lestrade of Lestrade and Murphy. And 4 for Elliot.

Daemons welcome, if you want.

Winnie Watson-Barnes
6. What would your character make a scene in public about?

When Winnie was about 7, she was out with her father. A man walked up to Bucky and spat on him and called him a murderer. Winnie retaliated by kicking the man in the shin hard and bit him on his hand enough so that he almost had to get stitches. The fight didn't last long but it caused something of a scene. Bucky and Joan had a long talk with Winnie about how it wasn't okay to attack anyone, no matter how angry you got. Later, Steve echoed this and stressed the importance of Winnie not putting herself in danger. However, he also gave her a hug and a smile so that sent something of a mixed message. To this day, though, if you talk trash about her family, Winnie will not let that shit slide.

Greg Lestrade
1. What is the best thing in your character’s life?

He would say it's having a family with Murphy and Anna. Lestrade always wanted to be a parent but thought it wasn't going to happen after his last marriage ended and his work life took over everything. But after he and Murphy got together, Lestrade officially adopted Anna and loves her like she was his own flesh and blood. Over the years, he's ducked out of work on time and from crime scenes that went over his shift so that he could attend Anna's recitals. Sherlock was very annoyed by this distraction.

Elliot Solarin
4. What is your character reluctant to tell people?

Despite his mild mannered-ness now, Elliot had a period during his teen years when he was a holy terror. His father had been killed in the line of duty when Elliot was 14 and by the time he was 15, Elliot was close to failing out of school and/or getting thrown in juvie. It wasn't a very proud or happy time for Elliot and he still feels guilty about putting his mother through it. He only ended up telling Winnie sooner than he'd wanted to after they ran into someone Elliot went to high school with who remembered him as that kid.

This is all great and very interesting!

Aww at Lestrade and his enthusiastic parenting of Anna. Lestrade would be a great step-father. And I can totally see Sherlock getting pissed off about Lestrade going off to pay attention to his pretend daughter who still doesn't find Sherlock impressive at all.

Thanks for answering!

Haha "pretend daughter." Sherlock would totally refer to Anna as that.

Thanks for the prompts!
